Your patient experience begins with your first call to our office, which is handled by a caring front-desk person who understands you’re calling to find an empathetic dental provider—a place where you’ll be treated with respect, kindness, and understanding.
When you arrive for your first visit, the same friendly front-desk staff you spoke with when you called will greet you warmly, get you settled in, and make sure all of your new patient paperwork is in order. Once you’re all checked in, a dental assistant or hygienist will escort you to a treatment room for digital X-rays and a cleaning.
When your X-rays are ready and cleaning complete, Dr. Khavari will examine your teeth and X-rays. Both the doctor and your assistant or hygienist will speak with you about the state of your teeth and whether or not they recommend any immediate treatment. Your assistant or hygienist may offer some advice on brushing and flossing techniques.
We accept all PPO insurances, and we file claims on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about insurance paperwork.
Please know that we believe putting our hearts into your smile can’t happen without having a heart in the first place. That’s why we want you to know that we never want finances to prevent you from getting dental care need.
We offer financing through CareCredit® Healthcare Financing, Sunbit, and provide our own in-house financing to help out with treatments that aren’t covered by insurance or covered inadequately.
